USD/JPY Up During Asian Trade

The pair was likely to find support at 79.14, Thursday’s low, and resistance at 80.55, Wednesday’s high.
Meanwhile, the U.S. Dollar was up against the Euro and the British Pound, with EUR/USD shedding 0.12% to hit 1.2683 and GBP/USD falling 0.20% to hit 1.5766.
Crude oil futures higher in Asian trading hours
– Crude oil futures were higher in Asian trading hours on Friday.On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Crude oil futures for June delivery traded at USD92.63 a barrel at time of writing rising 0.08%.It earlier traded at a session high USD92.94 a barrel. Crude oil was likely to find support at USD91.81 and resistance at USD95.79.US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, rose 0.06% to trade at USD81.74.Elsewhere on the ICE, Brent oil for July delivery rose 0.27% to trade at USD107.34 a barrel, with the spread between the Brent oil and Crude oil contracts standing at USD14.71 a barrel.
EUR/USD Down During The Asian Session
– The Euro was lower against the U.S. Dollar on Friday.
EUR/USD was trading at 1.2689, down 0.07% at time of writing.
The pair was likely to find support at 1.2668, Thursday’s low, and resistance at 1.2905, Monday’s high.
Meanwhile, the Euro was up against the British Pound and the Japanese Yen, with EUR/GBP gaining 0.14% to hit 0.8049 and EUR/JPY rising 0.10% to hit 100.78.

Gold was likely to find support at USD1526.95 and resistance at USD1585.65.US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, rose 0.02% to trade at USD81.66.Elsewhere on the Comex, Silver for July delivery rose 2.90% to trade at USD27.985 a troy ounce while Copper for July delivery fell 0.55% to trade at USD3.459 a pound.
